Brief operation process of the 200kg drum weighing and filling machine:
1. Turn on the main power of the filling machine and open the high-pressure air switch.
2. Place an empty drum on the weighing platform and press the start button or foot switch.
3. Stabilize for 0.1-2 seconds (adjustable), and automatically tare. (This step is omitted in gross weight filling mode)
4. The lifting head descends, the filling nozzle enters the drum opening and opens, starting rapid filling.
5. When the deceleration value is reached, switch to slow filling.
6. When the set quantitative value is reached, the filling nozzle closes, and the lifting head rises.
7. After lifting away from the liquid surface, the residual liquid in the filling nozzle drips back into the residual liquid collection hopper.
8. Move the full drum out of the filling area to the heavy drum area for packaging.
9. Place the next empty drum into the filling position and repeat the above steps.

1. High measurement accuracy, with an error within 0.2%. The equipment is unaffected by the temperature, density changes, or bubbles of the medium, ensuring stable accuracy. It can measure liquids mixed with semi-solids and features an automatic tare function.

3. Production efficiency: 30—45 drums (based on 200kg). Filling speed is mainly determined by the pump flow rate; higher viscosity liquids result in slower filling speeds.

4. The equipment uses pneumatic control to ensure tight closure of the pipelines.

5. Deceleration system at the end of the filling process automatically slows down when approaching the set quantitative value to prevent overflow and ensure accuracy.
